We carry Tilda Fabrics that are only eligible to be sold in the United States. These fabrics will not be shipped to Canadian or International customers.

$5.95 flat shipping on all orders up to $49.99. Orders over $50.00 receive FREE shipping!

$15 flat rate shipping on all orders! Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package International and delivered within 2-6 days, depending on proximity to the US Border.
$25 flat rate shipping on all orders! Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package International and delivered within 6-10 days, depending on proximity to the US Border.
UK and Britain Customers
Due to the changes in policy and tax requirement we are not able to offer shipping to our friends "over the pond". We apologize but the Rules and Regulations for shipping are quite extreme to adhere to and very costly for a small business.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. Duties and customs are beyond our control, we apologize for any delay or inconvenience caused.
Return & Exchange Policy
Fabric yardage that has been cut to length is not eligible for return. This includes pre-cuts, fabric bundles, kits and panels.
Digital download items are not available for return. If there is an issue with the file download please contact customer service and the problem will be remedied.
Packaged items not outlined above may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Sale items are not eligible for return. All sale items are final. Thank you for understanding!
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email Quilted Chicken and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case you will be contacted to confirm the replacement item and if none is available, receive a store credit.
